Kitchen Studio Mumbai started in 2025, when three spice-focused teams in Japan joined forces with a shared vision of exploring opportunities in India.For over 50 years, Anan Co., Ltd. in Kamakura has worked closely with spices, BHARAT in Onomichi is home to a vibrant spice community, and Art of Pickle is a new brand focusing on Indian pickles (achar). Bringing together our individual experiences and ideas, we’re embarking on a fresh challenge.

キッチンスタジオ・ムンバイは、2025年、日本でスパイスを扱う三つのチームが「いま、インドへ踏み出してみよう」と手を組んではじまったプロジェクトです。鎌倉で50年以上スパイスと向き合ってきたアナン株式会社、尾道の活気あふれるスパイス拠点・BHARAT、そしてアチャール(インドのピクルス)をテーマに展開する新ブランド・アートオブピックル。それぞれが培ってきた経験とアイデアを持ち寄り、ここに新たな挑戦が生まれました。
